AAA Auto Transport was a miserable experience. I was not properly informed of procedures. I had to overnight my key to the carrier. I was promised to be reimbursed the fee to overnight by a manager named Tony, but was never reimbursed. I would never, ever use this company again. The rates were much more expensive than most, but I used primarily because I thought they were affiliated with AAA. Well, apparently, they are not.
Do not use this company.
